Here's the uncomfortable truth: most CVs aren't bad because people can't write. They're bad because nobody ever taught us how to sell ourselves on paper.

That ends here. I promise I am not going to talk at you for 90 minutes and send you a PDF you'll never open. This is a proper working session - you bring your CV, we roll up our sleeves, and you leave with something genuinely better than what you arrived with and maybe some new friends along the way!

Hi, I am Jasmine Fitzpatrick! I've spent 11+ years inside organisations such as Google and FIFA building the programmes that develop, retain, and yes, hire people. I've sat in the rooms where hiring decisions get made. I know what works, what doesn't. I have spent years coaching professionals of all levels and I understand the challenges that this job market represents. First cohort rate: 50 CHF.

Part 1 — The Insider Brief (20 mins) What recruiters actually do (and don't) read — straight from someone who's been on both sides of the table. Why most CVs get dismissed in under 10 seconds, and exactly what to do about it. Fast, honest, no fluff.

Part 2 — Breakout Rooms (45 mins) Small groups. Real feedback. A structured framework so it doesn't turn into a polite non-conversation. Think: hackathon energy meets career glow-up. Jasmine drops into every room to shake things loose.

Part 3 — The Pitch (25 mins) Volunteers share their rewritten opening statements live. We refine together in real time. This is the part people remember!
