Burpees in the park! Working out is less fun alone. A great and fun way to get your cardio in whilst working those legs, glutes, and abs. Blocks away from the grove! Even this squirrel had a great time doing burpees! Exercisers of all ages and skill levels welcome! No equipment needed.
