At 12pm check in will be closed and the game will begin. Please arrive before the check in deadline. It is important as well to meet other players and break the ice before we dive into the game itself.

The Mystical Leela Game is a playful yet profound board game designed to help face our shadows and process stuffed emotions. With that liberation it guides us to the eye opening breakthroughs on solutions we couldn’t see before due to clouded vision by our internal suffering.
It’s a trip!

This container offers a safe, compassionate space where you can speak freely about your experiences, be held in your vulnerability, and reflect on each other’s journeys.

It is mentioned that it is a somatic workshop as well for a reason. It is our opportunity to drop the guard that we hold in day to day life; free our bodies and hearts from burdened emotions and tension. It is a release, a permission to be messy, imperfect and witnessed with acceptance. Sealing it with opening ourselves to new ways of thinking and creating new healthy behavioral patterns that we take home from the game. Rewriting the brain, neuroplasticity are at play here.

Through this process, you’ll find inspiration in the shares of others, leading to insights and breakthroughs about your own life and the game that will be unfolding.
