Shinrin-yoku is a traditional Japanese nature experience and roughly translates to "forest bathing." This is a slow walk through the forest and a practice of rewilding and reconnecting with our true selves, nature and the Universe. The idea is to go into nature, a little more deliberately than usual. Open your senses. Inhale some pine. Caress an acacia. Sound pleasant? Come join us!
In these walks you will be guided to connect to nature in a structured and healing way, that will leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and alive. I carefully plan each walk so that you can simply come, turn your brain off, and relax into the journey of it all. Each walk lasts between 2-3 hours. To honor the time and energy that goes into making the experience meaningful and valuable, each walk is priced on a sliding scale based on income.
