🎮Video Game Social (BYOVG)🎮

Join us for a casual, social video game hangout designed for easy drop-in play and meeting new people — no gaming expertise required!
This event will feature two ways to play:

🖥️Projector Multiplayer Game
We’ll use a shared projector for a group-friendly Nintendo Switch game, Mario Kart.
This will be played in short rounds with rotating players, so everyone gets a turn.

🎮Bring Your Own Console Play
In addition to the projector, attendees are encouraged (but not required!) to bring:

• Handheld console (Nintendo Switch, Steamdeck, laptops, etc)
• Controllers
• Multiplayer-friendly games
• Monitors

Handheld and wireless games can be played at tables throughout the space, allowing for parallel play and casual socializing.

📌What to know

• This is a social event, not a competitive tournament
• You do not need to bring a console to attend, but none will be provided for you
• If you bring equipment, please label it
• We’ll rotate players frequently to keep things fair and fun
• Please be respectful of shared equipment and the library space
