Paddle the Kentucky River from Poosey Ridge Ramp

Paddle to the right from the Poosey Ridge Ramp to Silver Creek and as far up the creek as we can go, then back onto the river for some more scenic paddling. We usually paddle 8-12 miles.

Paddles in the water at 11 a.m. Make sure to bring fluids for hydration and a snack, plus sun protection. Life jackets are required.

We are a group of adults who enjoy being on the water. None of us are professional guides. We are each responsible for our own safety. You must have your own boat -- no rentals available.
