What we’re about
This is a group is for any one interested in reading plays. We will pick a new play either weekly/two weekly or monthly. We will do table reads of the play and some scene work.
This group is for members to put forward their ideas as well and for us to talk about plays people would like to read. I personally like the idea of picking a play for a month and weekly we do some scene work, have a table read and discuss the play, I think this would be much more enjoyable than just reading a play around a table.
If you have booked tickets to see a play and would like the group to read it before you see it let us know or if you've seen a play in the past and there is a part in it you would love to play we can do scene work from it.
If you an actor currently waiting for your next role, coming along to keep up your play reading skills could be great for you.
We welcome everyone who has an interest in theatre, plays, musicals.
