• How to turn a fuzzy idea into a crisp, testable MVP scope
• The “AI stack” that actually ships (Lovable + Supabase + n8n/Make + Sheets/APIs)
• Writing prompts that produce reliable app logic (and how to fix the inevitable AI hiccups)
• Lightweight validation: first users, quick feedback, next steps

We’ll pick a simple idea and build a working prototype live:

• structure the app (pages, data, flows)
• generate components with AI
• add one useful workflow (e.g. lead capture → enrichment → email)
