Meditation with a Twist!
This practice is a unique fusion of a yoga-nidra-style guidance combined with Latihan (an Indonesian spiritual exercise).
Where we close down the sense of sight which then amplifies the other senses to come alive - and most of all the 'forgotten' 6th sense of INTUITION.
Attuning to our inner compass through tapping into the body.
When we shut down the sense of sight the mind almost immediately stops the chatter which then allows for the body to take over.
Your hostess, Melissa LeAira, gently guides you in a safe and judgement-free zone where we start by warming up the body in a guided somatic meditation and then we move into a 35-40 minute prompting of movement about the space.
During this practice participants might:
*Sit quietly, relax, or lie down
*Move like nobody is watching (because nobody is)
*Allow spirit to move through the body
Some say that the experience can lead to strong feelings of release & rapture, as well as emotional & physical healing.
Others say that they've felt ‘childlike joy’ & ‘undeniably connected with their authentic self’ during Latihan.
