Beginner Rigid Heddle Weaving Class

This 2 day weekend class focuses on teaching you how to get started with the rigid heddle loom. Day 1 is learning to warp your loom, and Day 2 is weaving. You will learn several starting techniques such as weaving yarn ends as you go and changing colors; along with dressing your loom and finishing off your item. We'll make a mug rug with cotton yarn. Class costs includes instruction, use of a shop Ashford loom, and yarn. Ages 12+
