I’m excited to share that I’ll be starting a new practice called Meditation in Motion – a gentle, mindful way to reconnect with your body and breath through slow movement and deep relaxation.

It’s like a moving meditation that helps you reset, recharge, and find calm in your busy day. 🧘‍♀️🌬️

🗓 I’ll be offering sessions twice a month.
Open to everyone – no experience needed. All ages and fitness levels welcome!
