In Eastern traditions, it is believed that the body is filled with an energy called “Qi” (Chi), and that the flow of this energy plays an important role in our physical and mental well-being.

In this class, we use gentle movements and breathing exercises to improve the flow of Qi, helping the body and mind relax and rebalance.
The practice combines elements of Qigong and meditation, and is suitable for beginners.
