Canuck Place: Kitchen Volunteer

Kitchen Volunteers play a huge part in creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming place that provides families with the comforts of home.

Kitchen Volunteers provide support to the kitchen staff by assisting with baking, some preparation of meals and cleaning in the kitchen and dining room areas.

Volunteer shifts are currently available 10:30am - 1:30pm & 3:30pm - 6:30pm Monday -Saturday & 10:30am - 1:30pm on Sunday's

Due to the needs of the house we ask that volunteers are able to commit to one (3 hour) volunteer shift on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

The initial sign-up information will be posted in our Event Comments on Meetup, and will be conducted all online. All future events will be organized by the organization during and after your application process.

Volunteer Type, Application Steps, Length of Volunteering:
1. Long-Term
2. Volunteer Application, Criminal Record Check (2-4 weeks), Reference Checks
3. 6 months minimum, 12+ months preferred (optional to continue longer)

As soon as the application information is posted in the comments at the stated day and time, please immediately fill out the organization's volunteer application. Have your resume, contact details, references, and schedule information available in advance for the event.
