👉 In this talk Piotr Trojanowski, the author of Good Companies (2023), presents an alternative perspective on the economy.
We need to restore meaning, contribute to sustainability of the world effectively and fight civilizational debt.
To do that a deep transformation is necessary.
AgilityLab is proud to welcome Piotr Trojanowski to his first event in our community and here is what to expect:
Because we live in The Great Anxiety and The Great Disconnectedness era. Companies' economy have adapted to pursuit growth.
Unfortunately companies' current behaviors are rooted in the outdated mental model of the economy. It is derived from the outdated social meaning of business.
✳️ But our challenge is simple:

  • Where does it lead us if we continue doing more of the same, just more efficiently?
  • We need to interconnect behaviours, mental model, and societal meaning.
  • Only that way are we equipped to grow up to our humanity’s potential and pursue a sustainable future.

Piotr helps us understand what we can do to turn that kind of ship around.
