When I started as a Scrum Master I sucked at influence. A pretty big obstacle for someone whose whole job is coaching people. Then I learned a few powerful ideas and my professional life changed drastically.

In this talk I will share what I’ve learned and how you can use it to build your reputation as a trusted and respected expert leader.

We will mainly cover two aspects:

1) How to get on the right side of a natural "friend or foe" judgement when meeting new people using ideas from the Clean Language community.

2) How to authentically help people and gain respect for your expertise through prolific knowledge sharing using only 10% of your time.

Michał Parkoła is the founder of the Grow Together Academy, on a mission of helping software people get unstuck and grow.
Michał comes from a technological background. He worked both as Engineering Manager and Agile Coach. Michał develops maturity of companies and grows individuals from experts to leaders.
