Gongs are ancient instruments dating back as far as 2000 or even 3500 BC. They were used historically for signaling, music, ceremonies and spiritual rituals.

Gong Sound Baths are an immersion in Sound. They are experienced while laying comfortably on a yoga mat, typically covered by a blanket. You are then “bathed” with the deeply restorative and healing primordial sounds of the Gongs. “Remembered” through your ancestral roots, they allow your soul to release into a place of peace: a homecoming of sorts. As your cells soak in and absorb the familiar vibrations, your mind and body also align in that space, quieting the mind and bringing it into the brainwave of deep meditation while simultaneously calming the nervous system. That, in turn, slows your heart rate and breathing.
