Women Who ROC

Welcome to Women Who ROC, a community of women in Rochester coming together to connect, empower, and uplift one another through fun, meaningful experiences. Whether you're new to the area or a lifelong local, this group is all about building friendships with like-minded women who are positive, friendly, and welcoming.

Each month, we'll host a variety of activities designed to inspire connection and joy:
🏃‍♀️ Active activities (think yoga, hiking, ice skating)
🎨 Arts & crafts meetups (get creative and unwind!)
🌸 Cultural or seasonal outings (exploring local events and festivities)
🍽 Try-a-new-restaurant adventures (beacuse good food + great company = the best combo)

This club is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, of any age or background-- the more diverse and dynamic, the better!

I started Woman Who ROC after moving back to Rochester and wanting to create a space for genuine connections. My background is in teaching, coaching and running a high school girls club, and I'm excited to bring that same spirit of encouragement and teamwork into this community.
