Manhatta is set 60 stories high over Liberty Street with 360 degree exposures, Manhatta and its adjacent event space offer stunning views extending north to Midtown, east to Brooklyn’s bridges and waterways, and southwest to New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty.

For restaurant week they are offering a 3 course lunch for $60

Total per person is $78. Cost will be more if you order upgrades/additional food or drinks.
