Get ready to experience the Nature Walk and deeper states of meditation.
Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space where earth, breath, and awareness meet. This immersive experience is designed to gently guide you inward — using the healing presence of nature as your pathway into deeper meditation.

Following the walk, we transition into a guided meditation session designed to take you into deeper states of awareness. Through breath, and gentle body awareness techniques, you’ll be supported in moving beyond surface-level relaxation into profound stillness and clarity. This is where stress softens, insight arises, and inner balance is restored.

Where to Meet:
Meeting Place: Manor Mills Shopping Center (Near Dunnes Store)
Meeting Time: 2pm.
Departure Time: 2:10pm sharp
We will walk from manor mills to the Carton house and then back to Maynooth Main Street.
