What This Is
• A full-body workout on the water using a dragon boat
• Team-based paddling focused on building endurnace and strength for paddling sport
• Beginner-friendly, but physically engaging
• Works especially well for people new to Miami who want a regular, active routine
What We’ll Do
• Brief warm-up and paddling fundamentals
• Continuous team paddling at an easy-to-moderate training pace (≈45 min)
• Short island stop to reset before paddling back (weather permitting)
• Typical session covers 3–6 miles on the water total , depending on conditions and crews , with breaks as needed
it is a real paddling session. Participants should expect moderate physical effort and active participation.

• Are 18+ and enjoy being active outdoors
