What we’re about

This is a group for people with an interest in improving health and happiness through diet and adjunctive practices.

Focus will be on the areas of low carb, paleo, keto, carnivore, fasting, nutrition biochemistry, processed food… and a bit of mindfulness thrown in for good measure.

The idea is to share experiences, scientific knowledge and ideas. Above all, it’s about meeting real people and getting fresh inspiration to stay on a healthy path!

The group aims to foster a vibe of friendly knowledge sharing and ongoing personal discovery in the areas of diet and wellness.

**Guidelines:**
1- There is no attendance charge at meetings; however, since we meet at a café, please make a purchase so as to maintain good will with the venue.
2- Membership of the group is at the sole discretion of the group leadership team, in accordance with MeetUp platform guidelines.
3- Please do *not* share information on upcoming meetings (including venue) with other meetup members - meetings are restricted strictly to those marked ‘Going’ or invited by the leadership team.
