Aerobic / Dance Fitness Class

Get ready to move and groove in this fun, 50-minute aerobics and dance fitness session! The class combines aerobic sequences with enjoyable dance routines to give you a full-body workout. All levels are welcome—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to sweat!

## Essential Information

The cost is £8 per person. You can pay with cash, card, or bank transfer, and details for those options will be available on the day.

Arrive by: 10:45 AM.

What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and supportive trainers, bottle of water.

Age Requirement: This session is open to participants aged 16 and over.

Venue Facilities: The class will be held at Bracknell Open Learning Centre in Daffodil Hall. Free parking and toilets are available on site.
