SheF+B™ is a curated social and professional community for women, women-identifying individuals, and all LGBTQ community in food, beverage, hospitality, and culinary entrepreneurship. Whether you're a chef, baker, sommelier, barista, food stylist, beverage founder, or simply a passionate foodie — this is your space to connect, grow, and celebrate flavor-driven sisterhood.

🍳 1 Brunch & 1 Dinner Meetup Every Month
Held at women-owned restaurants across Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire — featuring prix fixe menus, welcome gifts, and powerful community.
🥾 1 Monthly Activity
Think hikes, wine tastings, baking classes, cocktail workshops, or community givebacks.
🧳 1–2 Annual Culinary Tours or Retreats
Hosted in food-focused destinations. Past trips have included farm tours, winery visits, coastal culinary escapes, and chef-led retreats.

Free to join. Pay per event or RSVP as needed.

Join SheF+B™ (She Food + Beverage) for our monthly dinner meetup, held the last Sunday of every month at a woman-owned restaurant in Southern California.This month, we’re gathering at the iconic Esters Wine Shop & Bar in Santa Monica — a cozy, elegant neighborhood spot known for its curated wines, vibrant community, and seasonal menu. Come connect with fellow women, and LGBTQ in food, beverage, hospitality, and beyond over good food and inspiring conversation.

- RSVP is required – space is limited to 10 guests
- Guests order from the main menu or prix fixe if available
- Each guest is responsible for paying for their own meal and beverages
