Structure of class 1h30:

• Warm-up: combination of breathing(pranayama) and postures (asanas) • Featured Kriya: series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome • Relaxation ( Savasana)

• Meditation

All levels are welcome :) Yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so that you have enough time to settle in, say hello and to ensure that we can start punctually and you do not miss a thing.

It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. It is a tool for everyone, to cope with stress and challenges of our times and has an effect of uplifting the spirit.

Sunday Renewal is a space to find peace, steadiness and clarity, and to feel more energised, no matter where you are, and before the new week begins. ✨️

Every Sunday starting on the 12th October.
An online, 90 min Kundalini Yoga Class (combining breath, movement, and sound).💚💚 all levels welcome.
