Our daily habits shape our health, relationships, confidence and our future. When a habit no longer supports who we are, the desire for change begins. Yet changing habits is not easy as over time the brain learns to perform certain behaviours on autopilot, even when they no longer benefit us. This often leaves us disheartened and we give up.
In this workshop we will explore practical ways to move from heaviness to growth and learn how to embrace this journey of self-transformation with greater awareness and purpose.
Guest Speaker – Dr Namrata Nunkoo a GP with a holistic approach, she combines her medical and naturopathic nutrition knowledge with Raja Yoga meditation to enhance health and well-being.
