Page Turner's Book Club

Read interesting books and meet fellow book lovers to read and discuss books and much more. Page Turner's is a women's book club open to women in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's and better who enjoy discussing books and want to find new friends and new books. We read a variety of books based on member suggestions and votes. Books might be chick lit, YA, fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, historical, mystery, classic, contemporary, etc. Books are selected at the end of each year from member suggestions and member votes (via Facebook group). We typically meet the second Sunday of each month and share a light meal potluck style at members homes or at local restaurants.  Aside from monthly book discussions, we sometimes have movie outings for any books we have read that get adapted.

The fine print:
Your profile picture for the group needs to include a clear image of your face and your Meetup "name" needs to include your first name.

This is a women's book club and as such I don't accept member requests from men.  

If you RSVP "going" and later you find you won't be able to attend please update your RSVP.  We understand things come up and plans change but having an accurate idea of how may people are coming makes it easier on the hostess and/or restaurant reservation.  

Member dues are set at $10 / year to help cover the cost of having this group on meetup.  There is a trial period of 3 months to find out if the group is a good fit for you.  After that Meetup automatically removes you from active membership.
