James Song is the founder and CEO of FaircapX, a startup focused on solving Myanmar’s biggest challenges. Formerly, he was a managing principal at Faircap Partners, an American investment advisory in Myanmar, where he structured deals that bridged the gap between rich and poor, creating substantial value for investors while providing crucial resources to disadvantaged and marginalized Burmese communities. His work at Faircap Partners led him to develop local software engineering teams in an efort to build Myanmar’s technology sector, and those experiences have evolved into what is now FaircapX, ExsulCoin, and ExsulChain.

Ed Maguire is Insights Partner at Momenta Partners, a venture capital, advisory and executive search firm focused on Connected Industry and Managing Partner of Bluemont Partners advisory, and He is an advisor for Acreto, a seed-stage crypto security company, and co-hosts the Tech2025 podcast with Charlie Oliver. Ed has over 17 years of Wall Street experience in Investment Banking and Equity Research. Prior roles include Managing Director at CLSA Americas covering software, technology and innovation, Investment Banker and Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch and CIBC World Markets covering enterprise software.

Layla Tabatabaie is a New York attorney, author, and digital marketer. Having done over six years of branding, fundraising, digital marketing, PR, and copywriting for VC-backed web apps, mobile apps, blockchain companies, and chatbots, she is always seeking the next challenge and opportunity. Layla is the author of the law chapter in the academic text Learning in Virtual Worlds (2016). She lives in her favorite metropolis, New York City.

Susan Oh - is Founder & CEO @MKR AI and serves the as Chair of AI, Blockchain For Impact UN GA. She acts as Blockchain Industry lead for open-sourced platform, Trane AI, and is partnered with Cogent Law, an established fintech compliance firm in the blockchain and crypto space. A lifelong journalist turned civic technologist; she is an advisor to start ups (BlockAble.io, IVEP Dubtokens, SATTA).

Tristan Amzallag has a 20yr career as an entrepreneur, he has been involved in multiple industries such as food service, shipping service, print and online advertising. He was a founder of Klipmart Corp. in 1999. Klipmart became the internet's first successful rich media provider and in 2006 was purchased by Doubleclick where he was VP of Innovation. In 2018 Tristan launched Griffin Ventures LLC. A crypto mining and consulting firm in NY focused on providing long term network support for crypto-currencies.
