
What we’re about
We’re two friends who went through yoga teacher training together and wanted to find a way to continue nurturing the sense of community we found there. After many long conversations over tea Yoga with Friends was born! Our intention is to reconnect with old friends and welcome new ones into a space that celebrates connection, mindfulness, and healing.
We’re passionate about sharing all facets of yoga, including breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Beginners are always welcome, and we design each class to meet a wide range of experience levels.
Our hope is that every class offers a chance to slow down, tune inward, and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and more aware. We can’t wait to practice with you and grow this beautiful community together!
