Yoga in Hermon Park (Near Highland Park) + Civil Coffee Meetup

We’re two friends who met in yoga teacher training and wanted to find a way to continue nurturing the sense of community we found there. Our intention is to reconnect with old friends and welcome new ones into a space that celebrates connection, mindfulness, and healing.

Our classes blend a combination of breathwork, yoga postures and meditation and are accessible to all skill levels.
