Glasgow Mastering the Art of Home Roasting

We are getting together for another session of The Local Coffee Roasting Social Club to dive into the specifics of home roasting. Whether you are still using a popcorn popper in your kitchen or you have graduated to a dedicated drum roaster, this meetup is a chance to troubleshoot your batches, share what you have been learning about bean origins, and swap notes on the different profiles you are aiming for. The goal is to keep things relaxed and practical, focusing on the techniques that actually improve the quality of what ends up in our cups.

This event is open to anyone in Glasgow interested in the process, regardless of your skill level. You do not need to be an expert to join us; it is just as much about learning from the mistakes and successes of others as it is about sharing your own experience. We will have a few different setups running, so bring along a sample of a roast you are currently working on if you would like some feedback or just want to share what you have discovered.
