About us

Do you crave deeper, meaningful connections?

I turned to meetup hoping to find that exact thing. The problem I found is that, despite finding multiple friendly groups and meeting some really awesome people, the connections don't seem to deepen to the level of connection I was hoping for. It feels more like connecting to co-workers (except ones I actually like!) then true friendships.

This group is going to change that!!

ONE group
ALL the variety
EVERY aspect of our lives
NO MORE SEPERATION

  • Build real friendships by being part of a group that includes all areas of your life

  • Be part of a group that practices radical acceptance and genuine support

  • Feel seen and heard with familiar faces who get the chance to know the real you, the deeper you, all of YOU

If you're like me and you are looking for ONE group that includes every aspect of your life and builds real bonds over time with the same familiar faces, THIS IS THE GROUP FOR YOU!

I want to create a space where I can develop real connections that explore a multitude of various passions and interests. A space where we can attend an event on relationships, then go for a hike later or create an event to discuss what we just learned and provide support to each other after, then maybe take a class on energy and then create an event to discuss practical ways to get involved or meetup with the spiritualist in the group after. The point is, being a part of this group is like having a huge support group filled with a diversity of people and so many different interests but there is a much higher chance of running into familiar faces and having the opportunity to get to know them more at each shared event.

This group is an all inclusive group where we can bring back the environment from when we were younger, that allows us to develop real friendships naturally. While groups that are solely focused on one interest and usually meet once a week are great (truly no offense if that is what you like and want), they don't provide the opportunity to get to know the real you. They get to see a version of you that is tailored to that interest or focus. Cooking Christine is confident, sassy and fun, but yoga Christine is disciplined, reserved and sometimes a little cranky and shy. If we keep each group of new friends separate, with separate groups for each social opportunity, we are sticking to the same adult social dynamics (work life/home life) that caused us all to need meetup in the first place. We are all looking for deeper connections. Which happens naturally over long periods of time interacting with familiar faces that get to experience ALL the versions of you at different times. That is the difference from a surface level connection and a deep one.

Did you know that the events focused on communication skills, how to make friends or have meaningful connections are almost always past capacity. Just this week, 4 different events had 500 attendees in each one. That tells me that I am not alone.

I will start by hosting events local to Northshore Boston area and online

Events I had in mind to start:

  • support and self help for our healing journey
  • group fitness and yoga, hiking
  • social events
  • events that will expand our knowledge on various topics such as learning communication skills, relationship skills
  • events that simplify new scientific and health studies so that we can understand the practical effects and meaning they have to our everyday lives
  • events where we just come together to talk about it all
