What we’re about

Monthly meditations is a space to learn about meditation through experience. Anyone new to meditation or well-practiced is welcome. You can expect to be guided through several different methods and styles of meditation alternating each month. The goal is to present meditation to people a way that feels approachable, and inclusive. The mood will be set with tea, cushions, calming music and smells. There will be time to debrief, discuss and connect after each session. Come enjoy a beautiful practice in a cozy space with like-minded people. You won't regret it.
