Join us in this talk while we explore the evolving landscape of DevOps beyond its traditional role in automating deployments and managing infrastructure. As teams and organisations grow, so does the need for a DevOps culture that fosters collaboration, innovation and supports sustainable growth. We’ll look at how the DevOps principles can be critical in transforming organisational culture, improve and enable cross-functional collaboration, and pioneering continuous improvement across the entire development lifecycle. This session will go through a journey of how DevOps principles can be extended to influence areas such as team dynamics, communication and feedback loops, security, integration, and much more. We will apply DevOps practices not just for operational efficiency, but as a catalyst for broader organisational change and long-term success.

Schedule:
6-7pm: Arrival, pizza, and chat time
7-8pm: Talk
8pm onwards: Optional socialising at the pub

You are welcome to arrive from 6pm when we will have pizza and time for socialising with fellow PHPers. The talk will start at 7pm and usually lasts til around 8pm. After the talk, we will head over to a local pub - all are welcome to join but no pressure if you want to head home afterwards instead!
