Hi All - Hope everyone is having a great week! Thank you for those that attended the first couple of meetup events of Knowing God! I enjoyed our conversation and look forward to additional discussions on God. As this is an evolving group and as others join I can adapt our meetup group topics/ideas, for this meeting we can start with a couple of questions to get the conversation going (listed below); and then transition to two different stories in Scripture for further thoughts.

As a friendly reminder, this group is open to anyone that has questions on God, purpose, life, etc. My hope is these themes come up naturally as we talk though the opening questions and readings.

Opening Discussion Questions:

  1. Who is Jesus
  2. What miracles / events happen during His life?

For the next part of the meetup group we will read through the following three statements and have a discussion. Please see below the verses:

  1. Isaiah 53
  2. Jesus states He is Eternal (John 8:48-59)
  3. John 14:1-10
  4. Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead (John 11:43)
