Roots & Wings: a gentle space for women to reflect, reconnect and grow.
I am Gianina Ionela Ardeleanu, and amongst many roles I have as a woman, is also the role of psychotherapist. In my work I have met many women who struggle, who suffer, who are burdened by their past, who cannot contemplate and create the future they deserve. This needs to stop! Every woman has the right to heal, to grow, to flourish, to find her power and share it with the whole wide world. Dear woman, you are the hand that rocks the cradle, you are the one who creates, shapes, nurtures – do you see why it’s so important to find yourself- in love, in compassion , in acceptance? You are an ancestor in becoming. What legacy you want to leave for future generations of women?
I have created Roots & Wings for women who wish to explore their stories- the moments that shaped them, the challenges that helped them grow, and the dreams that call them forward.
