Kundalini Shaking and Dancing Meditation

This meditation is done in 4 stages of 15 minutes each. The first 3 stages have music, the last stage is in silence.
Keep your eyes closed for most of the meditation
1. stage:
Stand with legs shoulder width apart and lightly bent knees. Let a shaking arise from the feet upwards and include the whole body.
2. stage
Dancing, let your body move as it wishes.
3. stage
Standing or sitting, be still, no movements and listen.
4. stage
Laying down on your back relax and watch with eyes closed
No prior experience needed - Everyone is welcome.
