### CRAFT CLUB: COLLAGE JOURNALLING

Join us at The Lions’ Den City for the first gathering of our monthly Craft Club. This month's craft is collage.

This cosy drop-in collage session will get you thinking about how to create the foundations ready for the arrival of new energies in Spring.
Rather than creating a traditional vision board focused on goals and outcomes, we’ll use collage and imagery in our journals as a winter practice for reflection, intention, and gentle hibernation.

Cutting, layering, and arranging images and words in a relaxed space, we'll explore the satisfying craft of collage together. Alongside the making, there’ll be gentle prompts to help you meditate and reflect on how you want to feel, what you want to nourish in yourself this winter, and what you’re ready to let go of, without pressure, goal-setting, or self-improvement talk. Rather than creating big goals, we're focusing on nourishing and supporting ourselves.

Expect good company, soft lighting, an alcohol-free dry bar, and time to create at your own pace.

No experience needed. Bring your own journal or scrapbook along. Collaging materials will be provided, but feel free to bring along your own magazines, paper scraps and images for a more personalised collage.
