Join us under the full moon for an evening of sauna, fire and reflection!

Join us as we gather beneath the Worm Full Moon, the first full moon of early spring — a quiet but powerful marker of renewal.
Named for the earthworms that begin to reappear as the soil warms, this moon symbolises awakening, emergence, and new life stirring beneath the surface. It reminds us that growth doesn’t always arrive loudly — sometimes it begins in the dark, unseen, preparing to rise.
As winter loosens its grip, we come together to honour that gentle turning.

✨ What to expect:
• Fire pits & intention setting — write what you wish to release as the year draws to a close, or set intentions to guide you through winter. Offer them to the flames and let the fire carry them.
• Seasonal reflections — explore the meaning of the Full Moon, a time for quiet clarity, inner grounding, and soft renewal.
• Optional Cacao — warm, gentle, and heart-opening (available to purchase), with a take-home card to help you enjoy cacao mindfully at home.

Our hour-long saunas will also be available to book as usual — the perfect way to wrap yourself in warmth.
Whether you come to connect, reflect, or simply sink into the firelight, you’ll find a calm, welcoming space to honour the turning of the season.
