Healing After Suicide Loss – A Safe Space for Survivors
Have you lost a loved one to suicide? You are not alone.
This Meet-Up group is a safe, supportive space for those grieving the heartbreaking loss of someone to suicide. Whether it was a child, partner, sibling, parent, friend, or other loved one, this community is here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment or stigma.
We understand that suicide loss is not like any other kind of grief. It can leave you with unanswered questions, trauma, guilt, and deep emotional pain. This group exists to bring survivors together to process the complex layers of loss, honor our loved ones, and begin to gently rebuild.
What to Expect:
A compassionate, welcoming environment for sharing (speaking is always optional)
Peer support from others who truly understand.
Each event is facilitated by Jayne Madigan, a 33-year Survivor of Suicide Loss and Suicide Bereavement Specialist.
You will be gently guided through holistic and somatic tools for grief recovery—including breathwork, emotional freedom technique (EFT/tapping), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and other trauma-informed practices.
Helpful resources and community connections for your healing journey.
This group is open to anyone 18+ who has lost a loved one to suicide. Whether your loss was recent or decades ago, there is space for your story here.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Together, we can find connection, comfort, and healing.
