The Texas Theatre is presenting a Akiro Kurosawa retrospective, featuring many of the Japanese filmmaker's greatest films. Whether you are a fan or have no idea who this filmmaker is, if you like movies, put these films on your calendar! **NOTE: These films will be in Japanese (with subtitles) and can be lengthy (check the end times)**

Seats are general admission, so we should be able to all sit together.
The historic Texas Theatre, in the heart of the Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts area - is nearly 100 years old and is maybe best known as the place where Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested in 1963. They show first-run, indie, and locally-made films and host many special events - including recent or upcoming appearances from Francis Ford Coppola, Oliver Stone, Ethan Hawke, the cast of Twin Peaks, and others.
