The Embodied Self - Understanding the Mind
Details
Part of a 5-part series of returning to Self and learning to listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
Course 4: Understanding the Mind
Shift your thoughts. Change your patterns. Transform your reality.
Your mind is powerful—but without awareness, it can run on autopilot. Repetitive thoughts, limiting beliefs, and internal narratives often shape how you see yourself and the world—without you even realizing it.
In this course, we bring conscious awareness to the mind so you can begin to work with it, instead of feeling controlled by it.
This is where insight becomes transformation.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- How thoughts are formed and why they repeat
- The relationship between thoughts, beliefs, and your lived experience
- How the mind uses past experiences to create present-day patterns
- The difference between conscious and subconscious thinking
- How to identify inherited beliefs vs. your own truth
- Tools to reframe, redirect, and create more supportive thought patterns
You’ll begin to see your thoughts more clearly—creating space between you and the patterns that once felt automatic.
This course is not about silencing the mind—it’s about understanding it, guiding it, and using it as a tool for alignment rather than limitation.
When you learn how your mind works, you gain the power to choose how you think, respond, and move through life.
