The course includes simple editing techniques in programs like Photoshop, Lightroom, Luminar NEO, Capture One 22, and equipment choices to make macro and close-up photos. You can apply these tips and techniques, like focus stacking, to your images regardless of the device or operating system, along with essential compositional guides to enhance your work. Of all the visual mediums, photography requires a basic understanding of science to work hand in hand with art.
The class will cover a broad range of topics. However, the main emphasis will be photo gear, composition, and editing techniques for macro photography.

About the Instructor: Donovan Evans, also known as Foto Dono, is an award-winning photo artist. He has over 25 years of experience as a photographer and educator. He has been obsessed with photographing the Milky Way since 2016. Also, he is the Photo Education Director at Johnson PhotoImaging, teaching photography there since 2012.
