Free Yoga for Seniors 55 Plus

Yoga for Seniors is free for those 55 plus. You only pay a 5 dollar annual membership fee to Burnaby Neighborhood House. If it is your first time go early to the reception on the ground floor and register and pay the 5 dollars. The yoga session is held upstairs on the third floor. Bring your own towel, yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. Park at Metrotown mall and walk to 4460 Beresford. You are allowed 4 hours free parking at Metrotown mall. 4460 Beresford is 200 feet directly south of the Metrotown Skytrain Station.
