- You put everyone else first, and yourself last.
- Deep down, you long to feel: "I'm enough, just as I am."
If any of this sounds familiar, what you might really need isn't to try harder
β it's to turn some of the kindness you give everyone else back toward yourself.
In this session, you'll experience a 20-minute guided self-compassion meditation β a taste of what it feels like to set down the striving and meet yourself with kindness.
What to expect (60 min):
- A short introduction: what is self-compassion?
- Guided self-compassion meditation (20 min)
- Optional sharing & Q&A β listening quietly is perfectly fine
Completely beginner-friendly.
There's no "correct" way to meditate. If your mind wanders or you get sleepy, that's completely fine β I'll share gentle ways to work with it.
Your guide:
Hiroe Takeuchi, MSC Certified Teacher (Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, USA).
Born in China, raised in Japan, living in the Netherlands for 11+ years. I've practiced self-compassion with more than 1,000 people through MSC courses and free meditation sessions β and I teach it because I've walked this path myself.
Former corporate professional (Tokyo & Amsterdam). Mother of 3.
