Hampstead Heath Wellness Day - Pilates and Nature Walk

Join us for a Wellness Day on Hampstead Heath for a nature walk with an optional Pilates session, ending with a choice of tea at Kenwood House or food and drink at the Spaniards pub.

The weather forecast for today is not good but we will persist and make the best of it. However we are repeating the event on Nov 6th and Nov 20th.

The heath is a beautiful relaxing place full of wildlife and the party will include a bird expert as well as a Pilates teacher.

The optional Pilates will cost £5 which will be collected on the day. The rest of the event is free. If you want to join in the Pilates you will need to bring something to lie on.
