Have you ever set yourself a goal and really, really wanted to make it happen, but for some reason you just didn’t seem to be able to? This is the number one stressor in a person's life, where you want to do something and you can't. We women are used to fulfilling others needs and forget about ours. It could a simple goal of getting back into shape, organizing personal savings, some project that we are trying to finish and others.
This is something I’ve experienced many times and it led me to ask the question “how do I reach my goals”.
So we (Psychologists & Life coaches) developed strategies to create self awareness on what we want, building confidence and self belief, and help manage time and resources.
