The Fantasy Book Club: June

Hello readers!

Thank you to all who came to yesterday’s book club despite the crippling heat, it was a great time!

We have our book reveal for June and it will be…

Uprooted by Naomi Novik

A winner of 8 literary awards, Uprooted is a high fantasy book based on polish folklore. Magic wizards, dragons and princes. I must say I’m very excited for this book.

As always, plus 1s are welcome and please come along even if you haven’t finished (or even started) the book as long as you’re ok with spoilers.

I really look forward to June’s book club and I hope to see many of you there!

If you would like to suggest a book for next month, please bring along your suggestion and we will pick one at random.
I do request that you check the Trigger Warnings on any book you recommend (please try not to suggest books with excessive violent SA, graphic animal or child cruelty/ abuse, and use your own judgement for any others as I understand many fantasy novels contain gore, violence, language ect)
