This group is for singles and couples who enjoy trying all kinds of inexpensive local foods and restaurants. Meals will typically be under $20. We will try a variety of cuisines primarily in Phoenix and East Valley, but we will make some exceptions if a restaurant is known for outstanding and unique food.

Thanksgiving at Chompies in Chandler

Happy Thanksgiving... We Are actually having a group meal, you can join for a Thanksgiving meal at Chompies in Chandler at 1245pm. We will wait til 1 pm before we get seated.

There are no reservations but they do separate checks.

The restaurant will have a turkey dinner that includes stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, candied yams, green beans, and apple or pumpkin pie.
The cost of the meal is $29.99. Beer and wine will be available and will cost extra.

We look forward to seeing you at 1245 pm on Thanksgiving at Chompies in Chandler.

Picnic In the Park - NEW DATE Dec 7th
Selleh Park, 2425 S Los Feliz Dr, Tempe, AZ, US
Picnic in the Park will be Selleh Park (just east of McClintock and Southern in Tempe) on Sunday November 23rd at 230 pm.

This is a bring your own lunch event where you bring food to eat. I plan to bring music and board games (20 Questions and others). This is a wonderful way to meet people in wonderful weather.

Additionally, If you want bring food to share... Great!

Since this is a Cheap Eats event, I encourage to buy from a locally owned restaurant.
