What to bring: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to class. **Shoes** Ladies: please wear flat-bottomed shoes, and do not wear high-heals. It is difficult to Swing Dance in high-heals, and this is a gym fitness room so high heels will damage the floor. Bring bottled water.
