Sound Healing with Acupuncture Journey

This event combines the restorative and healing properties of sound and acupuncture to create a unique and profound healing experience.

The acupuncture offering will be provided by Kyndl Mueller, L. Ac, Dipl. OM, NCCAOM. ​Kyndl is certified in Acupuncture and Chinese herbology by the NCCAOM and is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture is based on the theory that your health depends on the flow of qi (energy) in your body. This energy travels along invisible pathways, known as meridians, that are found throughout the body. According to TCM, a blocked or disrupted flow of qi can have a negative effect on your physical and mental health. Acupuncture aims to restore the flow of qi by resolving any blockages or disruption The acupuncture offering for this session will be using points to provide overall wellness of mind/body/spirit as well as enhance the sound healing journey experience.

The sound healing journey will be provided by Jenn Henry; Certified Shamanic Star Sound Healer, Intuitive Energy Healer, Reiki Master, and Certified Crystal Healer.

Sound healing can help to unblock, balance, and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body, mind, and spirit to heal in a therapeutic way. This is done by synchronizing your body’s frequency with those of healing sounds—these sounds/frequencies/vibrations can bring us back to a state of harmony and peace—ensuring the wellness of the body, mind, and spirit.

The type of sound healing Jenn does can take you on a deeply healing journey to help release anything that needs to be released at that time. Jenn incorporates many different instruments into her sessions including crystal bowls, rain sticks, wind gong, koshi chimes, and drumming—all played in a very intentional way to take you on that journey of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.

This journey begins with a little talk of the current astrological alignments (always helpful to know how the energies of the cosmos are assisting us!). You will then be guided to a laying down position (on the cushions provided) as Kyndl goes around to each participant to place the acupuncture needles. Once this is completed for each participant Jenn will begin a guided meditation with sound, which then moves into an extended period of pure sound journeying. As we complete the sound journey Jenn gently guides you back with a closing guided meditation. Kyndl will then remove the needles and we will close the space with a moment of deep gratitude for the healing journey.

**Please wear comfortable pants that can be rolled up to the knees and short sleeve shirts to ensure access to the points that are being needled.

**Comfortable cushions, pillows, and blankets will be provided.
